These terms apply to this website and our introductory services, provided by Mbale Transformation Initiatives Ltd, operating as ProspectPilot AI. They are general terms, not legal advice. A written pilot agreement will set out scope and price for your business.
1. Using the website
Use this site for lawful business purposes only. Do not misuse it, interfere with it, or submit false or misleading information.
2. Applications and qualification
Information you supply must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Applying is a request for an evaluation, not a contract. We may decline any application, and you may withdraw at any time.
3. The 14-day pilot
The pilot is a focused trial covering prospect research, decision-maker identification, personalized outreach drafting, follow-up support, tracking and reporting. Scope, price and timing are agreed in writing after a discovery call and before any payment.
4. No guarantees
We do not guarantee sales, meetings, revenue or any specific result. Outcomes depend on your offer, pricing, sales process, market and the prospects. You remain responsible for your own offer, claims, proposals and sales conversations.
5. Acceptable use and responsible prospecting
We do not send deceptive or fraudulent messages, bulk unsolicited messages, or messages that hide the sender's identity. We do not scrape restricted or private information or evade platform rules. Outreach must be relevant, human-reviewed, accurately identified and include an appropriate opt-out. Each party must comply with the laws and platform rules that apply to it, and we may decline or stop work that conflicts with these principles.
6. Intellectual property
This website and its content belong to us. Unless the pilot agreement says otherwise, messaging written specifically for you may be used in your own business once fees are paid. We keep our methods, templates and know-how.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will take reasonable care to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the pilot, except where the law requires disclosure.
8. Payment
Pilot fees are stated in the pilot agreement or invoice and are payable before work begins unless agreed otherwise. Payment links are sent only after qualification and agreement on scope, through a provider named at that time, such as Flutterwave.
9. Cancellation and termination
Either party may end the pilot by written notice if the other materially breaches the agreement or continuing becomes impractical. Any refund will be considered fairly in light of work already done and set out in the pilot agreement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for the pilot is limited to the fees you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms, and the effective date will change. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, they are governed by the laws of Uganda.
