1. Who we are

This website is operated by Mbale Transformation Initiatives Ltd, trading/operating as ProspectPilot AI ("we", "us"). ProspectPilot AI is a brand name, not a separately incorporated company.

2. Information we collect

Application form: your name, business name, website, email, the services you sell, your ideal customer, your main challenge in getting clients, how you currently win clients, and optionally what an average new client is worth to you.
Communications: anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp, or say on a call, including contact details.
Technical data: our hosting provider may record basic technical information such as IP address and browser type. We do not add analytics or advertising trackers to this site.

3. Why we use it

To review your application and decide whether our service suits your business.
To contact you, arrange a discovery call and, if we proceed, deliver and invoice the pilot.
To keep records, improve our service and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your information.

4. Who may process it

Form processing: Formspree receives and forwards application submissions.
Hosting: Cloudflare Pages (or a similar static host) serves the website.
Scheduling: a booking service, identified on the booking page, handles discovery-call bookings.
Payments: if a pilot is agreed, payment may be taken through Flutterwave or another provider named at that time. This website does not collect payment details.
Communications: Gmail and WhatsApp when we contact you.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

5. International transfers

Our providers may store or process information outside Uganda, so your information may be handled in other countries.

6. How long we keep it

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, including any business relationship and record-keeping. We have not set an automatic deletion schedule. You can ask us to delete your information (section 8).

7. Security

We aim to limit access to submissions to authorised people and rely on the security features of the providers named above. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights and requests

Under the applicable Ugandan data-protection framework, you may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to certain uses. Email mbaletransformationinitiatives@gmail.com with "Privacy request" in the subject. We may need to verify your identity and will reply within a reasonable time.

9. Complaints

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority in Uganda.

10. Responsible prospecting

We aim to operate responsibly and in line with applicable privacy, marketing and platform requirements.

We may update this notice. The effective date above shows the latest version. This notice is general information, not legal advice.
